TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

1. DEFINITIONS

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Agreement" means these Terms and Conditions;
• "Platform" means The score bet Ontario's website and mobile application through which it provides casino and sportsbook services to users;
• "User" or "you" refers to any individual who registers with The score bet Ontario to use its Platform for casino or sportsbook services; and
• "The score bet Ontario" means the operator of the Platform.

2. REGISTRATION AND USE OF THE PLATFORM

By registering with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as requested in our registration form. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that any such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform.

3. AGE AND ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 19 years of age (or the minimum legal age for gambling in your province) to use our services and have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You also agree that you are eligible to use our Platform under applicable laws, including all relevant gaming regulations.

4. USE OF THE PLATFORM

You may only use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes and must not resell or transfer any service provided by us. You must comply with these Terms and Conditions at all times when using the Platform.

5. BETTING AND GAMING TERMS

All bets placed on our Platform are subject to the following terms:

• All bets will be settled in accordance with standard betting rules;
• We reserve the right to reject, cancel or void any bet for any reason without notice; and
• You acknowledge that The score bet Ontario is not responsible for any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in relation to the placement of a bet.

6. PAYMENT TERMS

All payments made by you using our Platform will be governed by these Terms and Conditions:

• Payments can only be made from authorized accounts;
• Withdrawals may be subject to additional fees as disclosed on our website; and
• The score bet Ontario reserves the right to void or cancel any payment request.

7. CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES

You agree not to initiate a chargeback, reversal or cancellation of a payment in respect of a transaction carried out using the Platform without first notifying us in writing.

8. INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

You agree not to infringe any intellectual property rights owned by The score bet Ontario or its third-party suppliers, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks and database rights.

9. DEFECTIVE OR UNFAIR PRACTICE PROHIBITED

The score bet Ontario prohibits all forms of cheating, hacking, betting manipulation and other unfair practices that can lead to an advantage in the outcome of a game or event on our Platform.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, The score bet Ontario shall not be liable for any indirect losses, consequential damages, special damages, punitive damages, lost profits or business interruption arising out of use of its services, including but not limited to claims based on negligence, breach of contract or strict liability.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws without giving effect to any conflict of law principles that might require application of the laws of another jurisdiction. Any disputes arising out of these Terms and Conditions will be resolved exclusively through arbitration held, according to rules.

12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to time by The score bet Ontario, constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to use of our Platform for casino or sportsbook services.

13. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The score bet Ontario reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued access to or use of the Platform after such modification will be deemed as your acceptance thereof.

14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, including its formation, interpretation, performance, breach, or termination, shall be resolved through arbitration held according to rules. These Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws.

15. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to use of our Platform for casino or sportsbook services.

16. NOTICES

Any notice given under these Terms and Conditions must be in writing and may be delivered personally, sent by pre-paid post or delivered by electronic mail, provided that it is delivered to the address specified by either party as the last known address of the other.

17. VARIATION AND WAIVER

No failure on our part to exercise a right or remedy under these Terms and Conditions will constitute an implied waiver of such right or remedy, nor shall any forbearance or indulgence in connection with this Agreement be (or be deemed to be) a waiver of any term, condition or obligation.

18. CHOICE OF LANGUAGE

You may choose to receive communications from us in the language you have designated as your primary language on our website.
